Harold was such a dear friend to me.

However, he wasn't a very good boyfriend. (ha ha) By our sophmore year, I decided we were better off being best friends. We became family to eachother, like siblings.

Despite all the wonderful people in my life, no one can fill his shoes. I knew when I lost him, life would go on, but the big stuff would be hard to do without him. And I was right.

I recently found letters he mailed to me in college. He had big plans for his life and it saddens me to think his life was so short.

He was one of kind! I am thankful I had a friend like him. I will always remember how much he liked chocolate gravy. I never tried it but he loved it.

One of the things I remember about Harold was that he was the only one I knew who could turn their eyelids inside out. It always freaked me out! He was always making people laugh.

I remember Harold and I got close after highschool . I was married but Danny and Harold would come to our house and play their guitars all night and partying with us . I was diagnosed with hodgkins lymphoma right afterwards and i pray everyday i survived my disease. It really makes me think how lucky i am to have know such great guys in this life and how lucky i am to be here myself . Harold will be missed by alot of people its the person he was, awesome. he loved everyone and didnt judge people for what they wore or how much money they had .
